Inspiring Choices is an integrative health clinic located in Clear Island Waters on the Gold Coast, offering a broad range of complementary health services under one roof. Our clinic is built around hyperbaric oxygen therapy as a core modality, supported by naturopathy, IV therapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, HOCATT, and a range of other integrative disciplines.
Every client goes through a thorough eligibility assessment before any service begins, so you can be confident that what we recommend is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Our Story
Over a Decade of Integrative Care on the Gold Coast
Inspiring Choices has been operating in Clear Island Waters since 2011, originally under the Oxygen4Life name for our hyperbaric arm before consolidating fully under the Inspiring Choices brand. Founded and led by Michaela Slancova and Dr Mohammad Reza Samvat, the clinic brings together more than 32 years of combined experience across integrative and holistic health.
What started as a focused hyperbaric facility has grown into one of the Gold Coast's most comprehensive integrative clinics, with a team that collaborates across disciplines and shares every client's care. Our growth has always been guided by one principle: that people deserve to be treated as a whole person, not a collection of isolated symptoms.
