The route via the Pacific Motorway (M1) is straightforward, with the border crossing at Coolangatta taking you into Queensland before continuing north to the Robina exit and into Clear Island Waters. What Is Available at the Clear Island Waters Clinic
Inspiring Choices operates two TGA-registered hard-shell hyperbaric chambers, both classified as Class IIb medical devices on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG 148448 and ARTG 511953). Our chambers are Tier 2 units, pressurised to 3.0 ATA and delivering 99.8% medical-grade oxygen via compressed cylinders throughout the entire chamber environment.
A trained hyperbaric technician is present in the room for the full duration of every session, and full fire suppression systems are in place throughout the facility. The clinic also offers naturopathy, IV therapy, HOCATT, chiropractic, osteopathy, and functional neurology - all available under one roof and coordinated by a team that shares your case information.
Inspiring Choices has operated on the Gold Coast since 2011, making it one of the most established integrative health clinics in Queensland.
Enquiry and Assessment Process
How the Assessment and Enquiry Process Works
The first step for all new clients is to contact our team. You can reach us by phone or by submitting an online enquiry. We respond promptly to all enquiries and are happy to answer questions about the clinic and our services before you book anything.
Once you are ready to proceed, you will complete an eligibility assessment with one of our practitioners at our Clear Island Waters clinic. This involves a thorough review of your health history, current circumstances, any medications you take, and the reasons and context behind your enquiry. The assessment confirms whether HBOT is appropriate for your individual situation.
If HBOT is confirmed as appropriate, your first session includes a full orientation to the clinic and the chamber. Ongoing sessions are approximately two hours in the chamber, with around 90 minutes at target pressure. Your progress is monitored throughout your program by the clinical team.

From Tweed Heads, take the Pacific Motorway (M1) heading north. Cross the NSW-QLD border at Coolangatta and continue north past Tugun and Currumbin toward Robina. Take the Robina exit and follow your navigation to 50A Fairway Drive, Clear Island Waters. The drive from Tweed Heads to our clinic is approximately 37 kilometres.
