Our Clear Island Waters location brings together hyperbaric oxygen therapy, naturopathy, IV therapy, HOCATT, chiropractic, osteopathy, and functional neurology under one roof, coordinated by a clinical team that communicates across disciplines. All new clients complete an eligibility assessment before any HBOT sessions begin.

The Equipment at Our Clear Island Waters Clinic
Inspiring Choices operates two TGA-registered hard-shell hyperbaric chambers, both classified as Class IIb medical devices (ARTG 148448 and ARTG 511953). Our chambers are Tier 2 units, pressurised to 3.0 ATA and delivering 99.8% medical-grade oxygen via compressed cylinders throughout the entire chamber environment.
Soft-shell or Tier 1 chambers - common at wellness centres across the Gold Coast - operate at significantly lower pressures and use oxygen concentrators rather than compressed cylinders. If you have questions about the difference between chamber types, our team is happy to explain before you make any booking decision.
A trained hyperbaric technician is present in the room throughout every session. Full fire suppression systems are in place throughout the facility.

Once you are ready to proceed, you will complete an eligibility assessment at our Clear Island Waters clinic. This involves a thorough review of your health history, current circumstances, any medications, and the reasons behind your enquiry. The assessment confirms whether HBOT is appropriate for your individual situation and allows us to discuss program options.
We will not recommend HBOT unless we are satisfied it is an appropriate fit for you individually. If it is not, we will tell you clearly and discuss whether other services at the clinic may be relevant.
